L’activité principale de 1PWR est le développement, le financement, la copropriété, l’ingénierie, l’approvisionnement, la construction, l’exploitation et la maintenance d’actifs renouvelables de vente d’électricité, y compris la production à partir de l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque, les générateurs de secours, le stockage sur batterie, la réticulation moyenne tension, la distribution basse tension et le comptage d’énergie.
1PWR possède un portefeuille actif de projets d’énergie solaire connectés au réseau et de mini-réseaux en construction au Lesotho.
Les clients de 1PWR sont divers et incluent les ménages, les PME, les institutions et les entreprises, avec des revenus issus à la fois des transactions PAYG à fort volume en temps réel et de la facturation postpayée.

Vous serez chargé(e) de :

Planifier, organiser et coordonner les opérations sur les chantiers.

Gérer et encadrer les équipes sur site (ouvriers et sous-traitants).

Veiller au respect des délais, de la qualité des travaux et des règles de sécurité.

Contrôler l’avancement des travaux et assurer le suivi technique quotidien.

Suivre les approvisionnements en matériel et matériaux.
-
Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) sur site.

Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les rapports associés.
-
Remonter à la hiérarchie les besoins, aléas et propositions d’amélioration.

Garantir la sécurité du personnel et l’application des normes HSE sur l’ensemble des chantiers.
Votre profil :

Formation technique dans la construction de réseaux électriques et de centrales solaires.

Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et la supervision de chantiers.

Excellentes compétences en management d’équipes et en organisation.

Bonne connaissance des normes de sécurité et de la réglementation en vigueur.

Sens des responsabilités, rigueur et autonomie.

Bon relationnel et capacités de communication.
-
Titulaire d’un permis de conduire catégorie B.

Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
La maîtrise d’une ou plusieurs langues locales (Fon, Nago, Idatcha, Adja, Dendi, Bariba) constitue un atout.
