OnePower (1PWR), une société d’énergie renouvelable dont le siège est à Maseru (Lesotho), recrute pour sa filiale au Bénin des Électriciens qualifiés afin de renforcer son équipe technique et accompagner la croissance de ses projets au Bénin.

L’activité principale de 1PWR est le développement, le financement, la copropriété, l’ingénierie, l’approvisionnement, la construction, l’exploitation et la maintenance d’actifs renouvelables de vente d’électricité, y compris la production à partir de l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque, les générateurs de secours, le stockage sur batterie, la réticulation moyenne tension, la distribution basse tension et le comptage d’énergie.
1PWR possède un portefeuille actif de projets d’énergie solaire connectés au réseau et de mini-réseaux en construction au Lesotho.
Les clients de 1PWR sont divers, incluant les ménages, les PME, les institutions et les entreprises, avec des revenus provenant à la fois des transactions PAYG à volume élevé en temps réel et de la facturation postpayée.

Vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Réaliser les installations électriques basse tension, les câblages et les raccordements.

  • Poser et raccorder les modules solaires, onduleurs, batteries et autres équipements électriques.

  • Effectuer les tests, vérifications et mises en service des systèmes solaires.

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations solaires et des réseaux électriques.

  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et proposer des solutions techniques efficaces.

  • Effectuer les visites de contrôle et rédiger les rapports d’intervention.

  • Travailler dans le respect strict des règles de sécurité électrique et des standards de l’entreprise.

  • Participer aux briefings HSE et utiliser correctement les Équipements de Protection Individuelle (EPI).

  • Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des travaux réalisés sur site (toitures, champs solaires, bâtiments).

Votre profil :

  • Formation en électrotechnique, électricité industrielle ou domaine similaire (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS ou équivalent).

  • Expérience professionnelle souhaitée de 1 à 3 ans dans le domaine de l’électricité ; une expérience dans le solaire constitue un atout majeur.

  • Bonne connaissance des installations photovoltaïques et des équipements électriques.

  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électriques.

  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, esprit d’équipe et aptitude au travail en hauteur.
