OnePower (1PWR), une société d’énergie renouvelable dont le siège est à Maseru (Lesotho), recrute pour
sa filiale au Bénin, un Responsable Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) afin de renforcer son équipe
et assurer un environnement de travail sécurisé pour ses collaborateurs et partenaires.

L’activité principale de 1PWR est le développement, le financement, la copropriété, l’ingénierie,
l’approvisionnement, la construction, l’exploitation et la maintenance d’actifs renouvelables de vente
d’électricité, y compris la production à partir de l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque, les générateurs de
secours, le stockage sur batterie, la réticulation moyenne tension, la distribution basse tension et le
comptage d’énergie. 1PWR possède un portefeuille actif de projets d’énergie solaire connecté au réseau
et de mini-réseaux en construction au Lesotho. Les clients de 1PWR sont divers, y compris les ménages,
les PME, les institutions et les entreprises, avec des revenus provenant à la fois des transactions PAYG à
volume élevé en temps réel et de la facturation post payée.

Vous serez chargé(e) de : 

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les politiques procédures et plans de sécurité
  • Identifier les risques professionnels sur les sites d’installation solaire et proposer des mesures correctives
  • Assurer le suivi des EPI EPC et veiller à leur bonne utilisation
  • Mener les enquêtes analyses et rapports d’incidents et d’accidents
  • Contrôler l’application des règles de sécurité sur tous les sites toitures champs solaires travaux en hauteur installations électriques
  • Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire selon les exigences du Code du Travail béninois et des normes environnementales
  • Sensibiliser former et accompagner les équipes techniques installateurs techniciens superviseurs
  • Contribuer au renforcement de la culture sécurité au sein de l’entreprise
  • Organiser les exercices d’urgence et les simulations
  • Veiller à la gestion responsable des déchets électriques et électroniques
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes
  • Promouvoir des pratiques écoresponsables dans les projets solaires
Votre profil : 
  • Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en HSE génie industriel qualité ou domaine similaire
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans la sécurité au travail de préférence dans le secteur énergétique électrique ou industriel
  • Bonne connaissance des risques liés aux installations solaires aux travaux en hauteur et aux risques électriques
  • Maîtrise des outils HSE plan de prévention analyse de risques audits
  • Rigueur sens de l’organisation leadership et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Capacité à former et à accompagner des équipes terrain
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais avec une facilité à parler une ou plusieurs des langues suivantes comme atout fon nago idatcha adja dindi et bariba
