Les responsabilités de l’assistant(e) logistique et achats comprennent, sans toutefois s’y limiter :
- Gérer les bons de commandes et de livraison.
- Surveiller l’avancement du plan d’approvisionnement et fournir un retour d’information à l’équipe de gestion de projet.
- Organiser le mouvement des marchandises des fournisseurs vers le siège social de OnePower ou les chantiers de construction au Bénin avec son responsable..
- Participer à la stratégie de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et fournir des informations en termes de TVA et de droits applicables à des équipements spécifiques achetés hors du Bénin.
- Capacité à préparer un budget mensuel pour toutes les activités logistiques au niveau de l’entreprise.
- Gestion des importations et exportations temporaires de marchandises.
- Planification du transport interne au Bénin (flotte OnePower et transport loué par un tiers) à l’appui de la mise en œuvre du projet / des plans de construction.
Compétences et expérience requises :
- Etre titulaire d’au moins le bac+2 ou autre domaine.
- Être motivé.
- Avoir une capacité d’adaptation rapide.
- Avoir la capacité à anticiper.
- Avoir de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et français (et éventuellement en Fon).
- Avoir des compétences en technologie de l’information (ordinateurs, tablettes, logiciels de bureau pour l’analyse de données et la génération de documents).
- Avoir des compétences informatiques (minimum Microsoft Word, Excel, une certaine exposition aux macros/bases de données préférée).
- Avoir le permis de conduire valide serait un atout mais pas éliminatoire.
